BUGATTI changes its Pasta Specials weekly on Thursdays and they usually run
until the following Wednesday.
Generally we serve a Noodle Special and a Filled Pasta Special.
The lunch prices for these specials include a choice of House or Cesar’s Salad
or the selection of one of our three soups.
Spaghetti alla Puttanesca
A sauce from minced tomatoes, onions, Kalamata olives, capers,
a hint of anchovies, oregano
Lunch $14.00/ Dinner $ 16.00
Ravioli di Zucca
Oven roasted butternut squash and Parmesan filled ravioli,
Prosecco cream sauce with Prosciutto
Lunch $16.00 / Dinner $18.00
The above specials may have to be changed due to the availability of certain ingredients.
Lasagna al Forno is the special of the day every first Wednesday of the Month.
